Maureen A. Wegleitner, Attorney and Owner
Maureen helps individuals in Western Wisconsin and the Twin Cities with wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney, guardianships, probate and residential real estate. She is licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. In addition to her law degree, she also has a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in education and coaching.
The majority of Maureen's legal practice focuses on estate/trust planning, probate and trust administration. Maureen's broad education and experience enables her to personally guide her clients through the estate planning and administration process to ensure their unique values and goals are carried out.
Maureen and her husband Ted relocated from the Twin Cities to rural Hudson in 1985. They have three grown children who all graduated from UW-Madison. Maureen values community involvement. She has been an active member in the St. Croix Valley community serving on numerous school, athletic, church and community committees and boards over the past 25 years. She founded the St. Croix Valley Free Legal Clinic, is a founding board member of the SOURCE in Hudson and currently serves on the Hudson Community Foundation Board.
